Privacy & visitor statistics.

What we measure

We record page visits and clicks on registration, directions, sponsor enquiries, stall enquiries, downloads and donation links. We record a broad source such as Google, Instagram, Facebook or direct traffic. We do not save full referral URLs, search queries, names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses in this analytics database.

Anonymous browser identifiers

A randomly generated ID is saved in this browser’s local storage to estimate unique browsers. A separate session ID expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is stored for the current browser tab. These IDs do not identify you by name. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or using private browsing can increase the estimated count. The same person may be counted more than once.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable our visitor statistics. You can also disable them below. Disabling stops future collection in this browser; it does not remove previously recorded anonymous statistics.

External services

Instagram, Facebook and YouTube embeds may collect information under their own privacy policies when loaded. Google Forms registration, map links and payment applications are separate services. Registration and enquiry clicks are counted as clicks, not as completed bookings, payments or sponsorships.

Access

Visitor statistics are available only to the authorised organiser. Contact the organising team through the website for questions about this event or its website.
